Welcome to the New Forge Pet Hotel!

We are Julia and Chris, new owners of the business with a whole new approach to looking after your pets.

When we took over The Pet Hotel in April 2014, we set out to provide a real home from home experience; a secure and welcoming environment where you can leave your pet while you’re away, safe in the knowledge that your dog is being well looked after by people who really do care.

With many years of experience around animals, we understand the needs of your pets and know how to keep them entertained, safe and healthy while they are in our care. Together with our direct hands-on approach to our business, that guarantees your peace of mind when you choose New Forge Pet Hotel for your pet’s ‘holiday’.

Our boarding kennels are located in the Lancashire countryside on the edge of Burnley, easy to find, reach and open for your own inspection, ideally after 11 please, so we can finish our early morning guest duties.
